How we run every engagement: from first enquiry to handover

Every AIVORA project follows a single engagement process that runs from the first enquiry to the handover of the solution.

1. Discovery

We hold a discovery meeting to review your systems, business objectives, data and compliance requirements, budget and timeline.

2. Written proposal

You receive a written proposal setting out the scope of work, architecture, deliverables, milestones, fees and contract type. A master services agreement and a statement of work are signed before any work begins.

3. Agile delivery

We deliver in agile sprints with defined deliverables, hold a review at the end of each sprint, and ask you to accept each milestone in writing before the next one begins.

4. Deployment & handover

We deploy the solution, train your staff, and hand over the documentation and source code the contract provides for — then transition you to a managed services or support agreement.
